Birth Prep

Good preparation can greatly improve your birth experience.
If I become your birth prep doula, I will guide you on your journey through pregnancy, but will not be present at the birth.
You can expect the following during this process:
- First meeting
- 3 prenatal consultations (1.5- 2 hours)
- Help writing your birth plan
- Pregnancy massage
- Maternity visit in which you reflect on the birth
- Answering any questions throughout your pregnancy up to 3 months postpartum phone/Whatsapp/video call.
Short and Sweet

Are you more than 38 weeks along, and have decided to you would like to have a doula present for your birth? If I become your doula last minute, you can expect the following:
- 1 or 2 prenatal consultations
- Help writing your birth plan
- Overdue support (massage, etc.)
- Continuous support during birth
- Will be at your labour within 1,5 hour
- 1 postnatal consultation
- Birth story journal
- Unlimited phone and email support during office hours
- Parting gift
Happy Birth

If I become your doula, you can expect the following:
- 3 prenatal consultations

- Overdue support (massage, etc.)
- Continuous support during birth
- Will be at your labour within 1,5 hour
- 1 postnatal consultation

- Unlimited phone and email support during office hours
- Use of TENS from 37 weeks onward
- Parting gift
